Privacy Policy

Cullia is a local-first photo organizer. We keep data handling to a minimum and by design:

1. Local processing

Photo analysis — duplicate detection, quality checking, and swipe review — happens entirely on your device. Cullia does not upload, back up, or share your photos or their metadata. It has no servers for storing photos.

2. What we don't collect

Cullia requires no account and does not collect your name, email, or device identifiers. It uses no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not collect your location (unless you browse location metadata that already lives in the system photo library — that data also stays on your device).

3. Photo library access

Cullia accesses your photos only after you grant permission, and only to analyze and organize them. You can revoke or restrict access at any time in system Settings (Selected Photos). Photos are deleted only after you explicitly mark and confirm them — deletions are not reversible from within Cullia.

4. Purchases

Cullia Pro is a one-time purchase. Transactions are handled by Apple (App Store / StoreKit); we never see your payment information. For refunds, follow Apple's refund policy via the App Store or Apple Support.

5. Data retention & deletion

Cullia stores nothing outside your device. Uninstalling the app removes its local settings.

6. Policy updates

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and note the date above.
